While the service was pleasant and the ambiance enjoyable, I was disappointed with the quality of the L&#39;embl&eacute;matique volaille de Bresse AOP with morilles. The chicken breast was rubbery, the sauce lacked flavor, and the morilles were tasteless. I had been looking forward to trying this dish, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and overall quality.

Wonderful dinner! Excellent quality - but this was, what we expected. Extraordinary was the service a real pleasure.This was the fifth time we&lsquo;ve been there and of course we will come back as soon as we will be in that wonderful area again.

The place is great. Great French cuisine. The veal was perfect and so was the beef. Recomand 100%.

Iconic address, if you like chicken, you must go. If you think you don&#39;t, you must go!

Did make a reservation and received a confirmation   also via The Fork three or four week before  . The restaurant was not aware. Verry irritating. Especially as the restaurant was fully Booked on the 14th of july . Will in future book direct with the restaurant

We had a lovely evening in the restaurant. Good and professional staff and a fine selection of dishes and accompanying wines, suggested by the sommelier. The guests are mainly the once also staying at the hotel but a true recommendation for a good night out.

Walked along the Thorne River for an hour and a half, went to a restaurant that kept Michelin Samsung for 53 consecutive years, and held up to a strong smile, so I walked for three hours to digest. . ​​​
